General Shareholders’ Meeting dated 17.02.2009
On the 17th of February, 2009 the General Shareholders’ Meeting of OJSC International Invest Bank was finalized, one of decisions of which was to assign new Chairman of the Management Board: Mr. Konstantin A. Ludvik. In accordance with the same decision, Mr. Gerd Wriedt was transferred to the position of Adviser to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of OJSC International Invest Bank according to his application.
